Palm Beach 502 is a fifth floor, two-bedroom beachfront condominium located on the south coast of Barbados. This wonderful condo is well outfitted with an expansive open plan kitchen and living area offering a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the granite countertop. The main lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV.
Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and ample storage space. There is also a powder room in the entrance hallway.
Unit 502 is uniquely placed facing the South West of the island and offers some of the best sunsets in Barbados with drill hall beach and the Caribbean Sea as the backdrop. The balcony and covered patio is perfect for listening to the tranquil sound of the ocean in the background while you enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area.
The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including private onsite gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing. Want to learn more about Barbados, a quick walk to the Barbados Museum or St. Ann’s Fort will take you on a journey through Barbados’ rich history.
The unit is provided with housekeeping service twice weekly and a night watchman. Please be advised that this unit is NON-SMOKING.

- Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
- Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
- Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
- Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
- Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
