Palm Beach 204 is well equipped and beautifully decorated with light colours to add to the bright tropical feel of living on the beach. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, the master suite features a shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. There is also an additional powder room off the entrance way.
The open plan living and dining room area, along with well equipped kitchen and 6-seater breakfast bar makes 204 Palm Beach the perfect base for your vacation.
The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including private onsite gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing. Want to learn more about Barbados, a quick walk to the Barbados Museum or St. Ann’s Fort will take you on a journey through Barbados’ rich history.
The unit is provided with housekeeping service three times per week and a night watchman. Please be advised that this unit is NON-SMOKING.
N.B. Please note that The Condominiums at Palm beach does not allow guests during their quarantine period.

- Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
- Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
- Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
- Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
- Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
- Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
- Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
- Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
