This charming villa is ideally situated on an elevated lot and its strategic location allows the property to benefit from strong, fresh breezes and breathtaking views of surrounding areas including the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

The interior features an elegantly decorated and spacious open plan living and dining area, filled with contemporary furnishings. The property contains three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom containing a king-sized bed. The master bedroom and the third bedroom are on the lower level contain a tub/shower combination. All Bedrooms open out onto the terrace of the lovely 40-foot swimming pool.

Guests staying a Solandra can enjoy many amenities include an inclusive beach cabana at the private Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, Onsite Golf Course, high-speed internet, and an uninterrupted ocean view.

Your holiday at Solandra would not be complete without the full complement of staff which are ready to make your vacation one of a kind. A maid, laundress and cook are included with all rentals to handle everyday chores and ensure you do not have to lift a finger.

Please note that a gas allowance of BDS$20 per trip is to be given to the cook and he will need to be provided with cash to shop.  Guests can also accompany the cook if paying by credit card.  DInner is served at 7pm.

  • No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
  • Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
  • Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
  • Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
  • Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
  • Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
  • Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
  • Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
  • Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
  • Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.

2.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.A security deposit of $750 US is required.
