This elegant, spacious and luxurious five-bedroom villa is set amongst beautifully landscaped tropical gardens on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in St James, Barbados. 

Designed around a central, airy atrium and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, Saramanda has plenty of space for guests to simply relax and unwind.  The living and dining rooms open out to the pool and garden.   The dining room features a large coral stone table. creating the perfect space to truly enjoy what Barbados has to offer. The large indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with outdoor seating and an informal dining area. The laid-back media room, adjacent to the living room, features widescreen TV and also opens out to the pool deck.

Saramanda features five large bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The master suite has a shower and tub. 

Our friendly staff will provide you with three meals a day, after discussing your culinary preferences and our concierge team will arrange to have groceries ordered and delivered before arrival to continue your stress-free holiday experience.

Located just steps away from Holetown, guests can enjoy dinner at The Mews, a round of Golf on the Old Nine at Sandy Lane or a private catamaran cruise up the West Coast of Barbados. 

Guests at Saramanda will also have full access to the private Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, where they can enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on their complimentary sun lounger as they take in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

Saramanda is a non-smoking villa, and we ask our guests to please smoke only outside of the building.

• No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
• Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
• Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
• Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
• Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
• Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
• Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
• Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
• Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
• Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.

2.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
