Dene Court is a beautiful five-bedroom Barbados rental villa nestled on just over an acre of mature tropical gardens. This exquisite villa is located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate, and features private access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach where guest can enjoy the complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas.

Dene Court offers an open concept with grand high ceilings and the living room features large doors which open out to the expansive pool deck, gazebo and tropical gardens.

The property boosts a unique feature in that it has two master bedrooms. The first master is located on the ground floor of the residence and has a wonderful private garden and patio.  The second master is located on the top floor and features a private patio which can also open to the larger upstairs patio.  All the bedrooms have their own unique feel, each featuring en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and garden views.

Dene Court also comes with a wonderful compliment of staff ready to make your Barbados holiday that much more special. Donna the onsite Chef is a master of Barbadian and International cuisine and is praised by past guest for her creativity and flare. Donna is excellent at creating desserts and pastries, a perfect way to finish off your meal. Donna will gladly prepare snacks and beverages which you can take to the beach during the day.

The staffing complemtant consists of a Cook, Housekeeper/Main, Laundress, Gardener and Night Watchman.  

The property can also be used for weddings and various functions, allowing guest the use of the garden and common areas. Please contact our reservations team for more details.

Standard House Rules

• No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
• Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
• Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
• Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
• Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
• Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
• Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
• Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
• Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
• Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.

1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
