Four of the five bedrooms are on the main floor and surround the swimming pool and inner courtyard, the master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a private balcony. All the bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with an additional powder room off the courtyard area. Buttsbuty house is being offered with access to the Royal Pavilion Beach Club included in the rental. A housekeeper will be required 3 days a week at the tenants expense.
