Ashford Plantation was originally a sugar plantation in the 17th century and has been operating for the last 40 years as a dairy farm.  Located in the serene parish of St. John, this location boasts cool breezes and green landscapes of open fields.

This Barbadian Great Plantation house was converted in more recent times into two separate living spaces, upper and lower.  The upper level provides 3 very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Upon entering the front entrance on the ground floor there is a small foyer which contains storage space and a beautiful mahogany staircase to the main level. The open plan living, dining and kitchen face towards the sprawling large covered patio with amazing views of the St. John countryside.

The kitchen, living and dining features wooden floors with the bedrooms being outfitted with tiles,  The large wooden windows provide  excellent air circulation and breezes.

The bedrooms are all very spacious with standalone wooden wardrobes.  One of the bedrooms has a private access to the patio.

There is a 6 seater dining table and chairs along with the wardrobes in each bedroom.

There is solar water heater and storage space available.  There is a communal lawn area with mature trees.

This property is located near to Four Roads, Lodge School, Verdun House, Codrington College and St. Johns Church and Conset Bay.

The rental rate includes the garden maintenance, internet and water, however, water is capped at $300.
