Your stay includes access to the property's small private beach and is located within walking distance to all the action in St. Lawrence Gap including restaurants, bars and shops. No need for a car rental here, it's steps to buses and tour operator pick-up locations.

We provide a double roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started, cleaning supplies and trash bags. We don't provide condiments. Everything you need is at the supermarket just down the road or at the market next door.

The housekeeper will refresh your bed linen and bathroom towels every seven (7) days. Guests are responsible for pacing their use of towels as, unlike at a hotel, they are not refreshed daily.

You must notify of any damage that happens during your stay. Report broken glass immediately as it poses a safety hazard for everyone including the housekeeper and next guests. Unreported broken glass will incur a hazard cleaning fee.

There can be no smoking indoors including vaping, burning of incense or mosquito-repellent coils. There's no smoking in the open-air corridor of the building. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony.

Parties, gatherings or visitors that aren't registered on the reservation are not allowed on the premises. This includes local friends and family. All visitors must wait for guests in the driveway.
