Villa Prudence is located in Old Queens Fort in St. James.  This exceptional eight bedroom villa blends quaint Caribbean charm with high end living, surrounded by a lush mature gardens.  Upon entering the private Old Queen’s Fort Road and arriving at the gates of Prudence, the house immediately draws you in with its unique architecture and coral stone finishes.

Open plan living room which flows to the bar and out to the gardens and pool area.  Prudence features eight bedrooms, five are located in the main house and three in the cottage.  All the bedrooms are ensuite and the cottage offers one ensuite and a shared full bathroom.  All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans, have safes and are beautifully decorated.

The vast grounds, pool deck and 45 foot salt filtered swimming pool  with Gazebo make for the perfect location to relax or go for a swim.  

The main house features a large coral stone table which seats 14 persons as well as an additional 8 seater coral stone table on the patio off the dining room.  There is a fully air-conditioned media room which seats 12.  The property is just steps away from the beach at Old Queen’s Fort and also the beach at Colony Club Hotel  which is a few hundred meters to the south.

Prudence comes will a full complement of staff including a Housekeeper, Cook, Main/Laundress.
