Unit 206 can be found on the second level of The Condominiums at Palm Beach and offers three ensuite, air-conditioned bedrooms all in a tropical beachfront setting. Palm Beach 206 is positioned in a such a way that guests staying here have a lovely view across the courtyard to the pool and the ocean beyond.
The master bedroom offers a large open layout with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closets. Bedrooms two and three also have ensuite bathrooms and ample built-in cupboard space.
Palm Beach 206 is beautifully furnished throughout and makes the most of the open plan living and dining area. Guests travelling to Barbados want to be outdoors and the large patio with outdoor dining for eight at Palm Beach 206 creates the perfect space to relax and enjoy your holiday with friends and family. There is a BBQ grill perfect for grilling some freshly caught fish or other local Bajan dishes during your stay.
The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including private onsite gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing. Want to learn more about Barbados, a quick walk to the Barbados Museum or St. Ann’s Fort will take you on a journey through Barbados’ rich history.
The unit is provided with housekeeping service is twice weekly and a night watchman. Please be advised that this unit is NON-SMOKING.
Standard House Rules
- No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
- Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
- Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
- Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
- Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
- Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
- Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
- Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
- Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
- Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
2.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
