Evergreen is a private and secluded estate nestled in the heart of over two acres of rolling mature tropical gardens. Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.

This elegant rental villa is beautifully furnished with a unique mix of antiques and contemporary art pieces. Evergreen features four sprawling air-conditioned bedrooms, and five exquisitely designed bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own distinctive feeling with unique decor and furnishings. One of the master bedrooms has an unrivaled view of the Estate gardens and two of the very gracious guest suites open onto the tropical gardens.

Evergreen offers a formal living room and expansive patios, a new state of the art family room featuring a big screen TV, a Puncherie on the roof terrace,  a Mondrian inspired bar and dance floor.  The staff complement for the 3 bedroom rental includes a Cook and Housekeeper and for the 4 bedroom rental  a Cook, Housekeeper and Maid/Laundress.

Guest can spend their vacation at the secluded pool, or down to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, where Evergreen has its own cabana. Guests using the beach club will have access to complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas as well as an onsite bar and food service.

With its prime location on the Sandy Lane Estate, guests of Evergreen will be able to make the most of their holiday with dinner at Tides Restaurant, a round of golf at Royal Westmoreland Country Club or a private guided island tour of Barbados.

Standard House Rules

• No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
• Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
• Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
• Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
• Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
• Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
• Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
• Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
• Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
• Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.

1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.

A security deposit of $2,500 US is required.
Winter Season: Minimum Stay 7 Nights / Christmas Season; Minimum Stay 14 Nights
