Anchorage is a charming single-story residence nestled within a half hectare of tropical landscaped gardens on the western end of the Sandy Lane Estate. This wonderful villa is just a stone's throw from the Sandy Lane Hotel and the private Property Owners Beach Club. Open plan living offers a bright and airy feel to the entire house which is complemented by the excellent quality furnishings throughout.
The spacious vaulted Living Room is a blend of old Barbados mahogany furniture & coral stone with the more modern bamboo to create a modern Caribbean style feel. The main living and dining room has large marble formal dining table perfect for enjoying dinner with friends and family while on holiday. Once the large sliding doors are opened to the northern side of the living room you flow naturally out on to the terrace.
Anchorage has three expansive air-conditioned bedrooms. The large master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, with double basin ensuite bathroom with large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer twin beds, which can be zipped together to make kings. The second bedroom has a full bathroom accessed across the hallway and the third Bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
Ideally located less than five minutes walk from the Sandy Lane Property Owner Beach Club, guests can take a quick stroll down to the beach and enjoy complimentary sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a small private cabana perfect for storing beach toys and surfboards.
Anchorage has a permanent Housekeeper who is an excellent cook and who will take care of your every need six days a week. She will prepare breakfast, light lunches, and other meals by arrangement only. She also will take care of all the laundry including personal items and keeping the villa in top shape, so you do not have to lift a finger.
Our Concierge services are available and we will organise the perfect itinerary for your stay in Barbados. Whether a catamaran cruise, island tour or surfing lesson, we will ensure that you have the best holiday possible.
Anchorage truly is a perfect tropical getaway, from lounging in your private pool to days at the beach your stay in Barbados will be on you keep coming back to year after year. Swimming pool is 15' X 25' and 5'6" at the deepest point.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
2.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.
A security deposit of $1,000 US is required.
Winter Season: Minimum Stay 7 Nights / Christmas Season; Minimum Stay 14 Nights.
Standard House Rules
- No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
- Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
- Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
- Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
- Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
- Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
- Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
- Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
- Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
