Seascape is a beautiful four-bedroom beachfront villa perfect for an island getaway with friends and family. Nestled on Gibbes Beach on the platinum coast of Barbados, Seascape offer wonderful uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and picturesque sunsets which can only be found off the West coast of Barbados. The impeccably furnished four-bedroom home makes for a perfect family vacation home.
Guests staying at Seascape will enjoy amenities such as air conditioned en-suite bedrooms each with a private balcony, full complement of staff including a cook, direct beach access and many amenities within walking distance such as The Sea Shed restaurant and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay.
Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa and one bedroom is located on the ground floor with a shower which males this villa perfect for persons travelling who may have mobility issues. There are also two comfortable seating areas, a specious dining room and a beautiful terrace which opens onto the beach.
Villa is provided with a Cook, Gardener, Housekeeper and Laundress. Seascape features a wonderful white piano, which guests are welcome to use and enjoy. With this beachfront location and beautiful calm waters, Seascape, is ideal for all types of watersports with the beach right on your doorstep. Seascape your perfect holiday home! Dogs are welcome, and should there be any grooming or veterinary services can be organised by our concierge.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.
Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.
A security deposit of $1,000 US is required.
Winter Season: Minimum Stay 7 Nights / Christmas Season; Minimum Stay 14 Nights.
Standard House Rules
- No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
- Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
- Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
- Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
- Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
- Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
- Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
- Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
- Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
