Gemini A-19 is a tastefully decorated 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom semi detached villa nestled in the picturesque grounds of the Sugar Hill resort in beautiful sunny Barbados.
When entering the property, you step into a spaciously open plan living and dining area with lovely high ceilings. A modern kitchen with high end finishes and top of the line appliances including a full size fridge/freezer and electric oven, there’s even a separate drinks fridge to hold your chilled bottles of champagne to enjoy whilst watching the sunset.
The living room flows out onto a large balcony which offers beautiful views of a tranquil Barbados and the ocean beyond.
This beautiful town house offers four bedrooms, the first located on the entrance landing and two master bedrooms on the ground floor with their own access to the private pool deck and plunge pool. A further bedroom can be found in the properties detached cottage which also includes a kitchenette, en suite facilities and its own private patio. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and fans.
Barbados is all about outdoor living, so the pool area is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy some sun or taking a relaxing dip in the private plunge pool. There is also direct access to the Sugar Hills ever expanding communal lawn where you can take a blanket and enjoy the open space for a family picnic.
All holiday guests staying at Gemini get to enjoy Sugar Hills beautiful grounds and safe surroundings within this privately gated community. Sugar Hill has an on site restaurant overlooking the breathtaking waters of a large infinity pool with views of the sea in the distance. There is also a 2nd communal pool, tennis courts and a gym for any sports enthusiasts.
Beach club access to Fairmont Beach Club included, with complimentary loungers and umbrellas
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival.
This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Housekeeping is provided 3 times per week.
