The Rock Plantation House is a beautiful family home located in The Rock, Richmond Hill, St. Peter. The Plantation house sits high on a ridge with spectacular 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea with constant cooling breezes.

The Rock is a two storey home with spacious outdoor living and dining spaces and entertaining areas with a large infinity swimming pool.   The views from here is like no other and will take your breath away!   The house offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom. The property has massive potential for further accommodations with views or redevelopment as a luxurios enclave.

On the ground floor is a living room, kitchen and formal dining room which opens onto a covered terrace. There is also a formal dining room which opens onto the covered terrace with a bar and offers living space and casual dining.  This is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset and entertaining.  There is a large second master bedroom suite on the ground floor. This has a spacious walk in closet and en-suite bathroom.  Just off the closet is a private office which  extends onto a small private terrace with views of the gardens.  A second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed just off the pool deck and is private.  

There are two more bedrooms upstairs which share a bathroom, and the grand master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom fitted with as double vanity and large stand up shower.    The master has a very large closest and an office nook and large private terrace.

Towards the side of the property is a separate laundry area. This is accessed through the kitchen.

The Rock Plantation House is private and fully enclosed.

Additional  features include PV Solar System and generator. There is also a water tank with pump.

The Rock is just 15 minutes drive from Holetown, 10 minutes to Speightstown and 15 minutes to the east coast. Holetown is the hub of the west coast of Barbados. Here you will finds banks, supermarkets and duty free shopping in Lime Grove. There is also a the Sandy Crest medical centre in Holetown.  The Rock is a similar distance from Speightstown which has exciting bars and restaurants. Speightstown maintains a historic village vibe where you can still find friendly vendors selling fruits and vegetables, shops, bakeries and a large Supermarket.  It is minutes from many of the best west coast beaches.

The Rock is a unique property in a wonderful location. 

The rental rate includes pool and garden maintenance, as well as housekeeping five days a week. Please note, the rental is subject to the tenant paying all other utilities.
